Return Policy

 In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase and need to return a product, please read our return policy below: 

  • Product returned without an RMA number or form, may be returned at customer’s expense.
  • Return Authority (RA's) must be returned within 7 days of RA number being issued. After this, the RA may be declined and returned at customers expense.
  • Products returned in resalable condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Products returned in damaged condition, will be rejected and returned at customers expense.
  • Returned products must include power adaptors and cables for testing purposes.
  • Forward Replacement requests will be invoiced and will only be credited upon returned warranty product found to be faulty.
  • Forward replacement orders placed before RA approval must be noted on RA request (please supply PO or invoice number)
  • Product found not to be faulty will be returned at customer's expense.
  • Please advise if returned product has been used in hazardous environment; please also ensure clear detailed labelling of hazardous material on paperwork and packaging. Failure to do so will have a fee imposed.
  • Delicate or fragile bulk freight items including cabinets or racks must be returned by a fragile bulk freight transport company. If returned by a standard bulk freight transport company, there is a high percentage chance the product will get damaged in transit. Any goods received damaged will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
